No Need to Fear

At noon she was playing,

And saw a ghost in the garden,

She screamed and ran out to the roads

But the ghost kept following her.

She reminded herself,

Of the ghost her mother told her about.

The ghost which chases the child

Who gets out, without a permission.

She reached the house, mother was in the kitchen,

She hugged her mother and said:

“I am so sorry mother.”

Mother didn’t know what she was sorry about,

But hugged her and said

“Just remember one thing my dear

If you realize your mistakes then there is no need to fear.”

The girl hugged her mother tight.

And without her mother’s permission

Never went out of her sight.

(The ghost was her shadow)
