A Howling Hound

I witnessed every droplet

In the petals’ pocket.

They were like pearls

In the oyster, waiting to be found.

But the wind carried them away, in a blink.

They didn’t get a chance to even get found.

Leaving the petals alone to cry like,

A howling hound.

( My rose plant helped me to write this poem.)
